Swimming with the worlds BIGGEST fish and shark! Exmouth

In Exmouth, we went swimming with the biggest fish and shark. A whale shark is harmless. They are so big and so, so beautiful!!!

We went for a little snorkel in the crystal clear reef and saw a black tip reef shark.

A spotter plane went up to spot some whale sharks and with in 10 minutes we were ready to jump in. I was so, extremely nervous because the water was really dark and deep.

The whale sharks just glided along and we swam with them. This experience was amazing and totally worth it.

There were 4 whale sharks we got to swim with. On the 3rd swim, a bull shark came up to check us out. So scary!!!!!!!!!!!

We got to see something very rare and amazing. Spinner dolphins. Spinner dolphins are slightly smaller then a bottle nose dolphin. Wherever we looked we could see these beautiful creatures. They were everywhere. Seriously!! 

We drove to Dampier where 'Red Dog' was filmed and where the story was based and I got a photo with the monument.

Jurien Bay- Coral Bay

In Jurien Bay(2hrs from Perth) Hayley and I jumped off the jetty. Hayley went home screaming because
she was covered in jellyfish stings.

In Kallbari, we went on a adventurous walk to a river called the Murchison river. We had to climbed through rocks
and up ladders.

This was at the end of the walk. It is called 'natures window'. It was over looking the Murchison River.

In Coral Bay, we went snorkelling through reef,coral and have seen a baby stingray, a shovel nose shark and a wobbegong shark all in shallow water. Coral Bay is known for it's beautiful snorkelling water.

This was on a paddleboat. It was very relaxing and a lot of fun. (But it was still hard work.)

In Coral Bay, we went on a quad bike tour through sand dunes. 

We had 2 snorkelling spots and they were both protected. This is where we saw the wobbegong. It was about 6 feet long. WOW!!! We also swam with turtles.

We took the quad bikes on top of a huge sand dune to watch the sunset.

This hill does not look so steep but it is much, much, much steeper than it looked. It was so, extremely scary.

Perth

This is a hedgehend maze. It was fun,easy and I did not get caught in any dead end.

This is my sister on really high, bouncy trampolines. They are perfect for back/forwardflips.
Also there, that had a 6D movie theatre which was a scary as the chairs rocked. I did scream.

At my Grandad's house in Two Rocks (1 hr from Perth), he has 4wheelers, 3wheelers, stock whips , a cubby house and a flying fox. (Well, he has many more fun things but they are the most exciting.) As you can see, I am on a flying fox. In the background is the cubby with a dog ramp for his dog to go up on.

This is me on a high ropes course which was really scary, a little bit hard and so, so, so, much fun. I rode a really fast, high flying fox back to the ground.

This is me iceskating. I have been iceskating once before and loved it. The video above is of my sister ice skating. She is really cute and good at it. Watch out for me in the background because I stack it and it is very funny. Have a good laugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not far from Perth is Hillary's and they have a adventure park called the great escape.

These are my cousins who we did a lot with. They came over for a weekend.

Perth

HI,
We have been hanging out with family in Perth
and have not done much. We will be going ice skating and going to maze soon though so
keep reading.

My Aunty held a party and I helped my nanna make fairy floss for all the kids.

WA Southwest

In Albany, south of WA, one of the main attractions is whale world, an old whaling station
that is the skeleton of a pigmy blue whale. As you may know, blue whales are the biggest creatures on earth and that have ever lived. Because it is a pigmy blue whale, it is smaller than a real blue whale ( and the camera does not quite show how big it is) so a blue whale is much bigger. WOW!!!!!!!!!

Blueberry picking is hard work but fun.

You don't want to pick a berry red or it will be sour.

At Greens pool / Elephant rocks the water was crystal clear and great for snorkelling.

The water was cold but very refreshing.

Near a place called Pemberton was a tree top walk. I was short and easy with a great view.

We are standing under a species of eucalyptus called red tingle which grow's only around
the Pemberton area. The big hollow hole in the tree is caused by fungal disease, bush fires, insect invasion e.t.c.

This is at the top of the Dave Evens Bycenteniel tree.
It is a tree which used to be used for fire spotting and now is an adventurous tourist attraction.

It was a little creepy because if you slipped, you fell and would die.

In Yallingyup, 3hrs from Perth, my sister and I did a wooden maze. It was hard because we did not know about some secret doors. Keep reading my blog because in a few week, I will do a hedge-hend maze.

SA-WA

In national park (SA) we had a lot of fun sliding down sand
very high sand dunes at Almonta beach.

It was a very exhausting walk to the top.

On our travels to WA we crossed the Nullarbor and Nullarbor means no trees so it
was a boring drive.

We visited Venus Bay, the only curved jetty. The trolley in the
photo is for carrying goods to the end of the jetty.

In Streaky bay (SA) they had a replica of the biggest great white caught  by a rod and reel.
It was a world record.

These are the cliffs of the great Australian Bight. They go right around for 100km. They are called the Bunda cliffs.

Yay!!! We crossed the border and now we are in the last state of the trip, WA.
These camels are in Norseman and are a tribute to the camel trains that used to pass through there.

Whyalla and Port Lincoln, South Australia.

Tuna are the 6th fastest fish in the world.

Sailing the catamaran back to Port Lincoln Harbour.

Whyalla Steel Works blast furnace. Molten steel is poured into the huge pots that are towed by remote controlled trains over to the steel manufacturing plant nearby.

Train towing giant pot of super hot molten steel. The train driver is walking next to the train with a remote control hanging around his neck.

Coking coal being emptied from the 18 hour baking process. This coal has its impurities removed when baked. It is then cooled and used in the blast furnace to heat up the iron ore to produce molten or liquid steel.
